Prerequisite:
Class 12th Pass in any stream.
Course Objective:
1. To develop self-confident individuals by training them Soft skills like Communication skills, Inter-personal skills, Team Management skills, Leadership skills etc.
2. To develop the students towards an all-round personality with a mature outlook to function efficiently in various professional and personal situations.
3. Help the students to develop broad career plans by evaluating the employment market, identifying the potential organizations, match the job requirements and skill sets in terms of Soft skills.
4. Take them through the various selection procedures adopted by the recruiters during mock interviewing sessions.
Course Outcome : At the end of the course students will be able to

2. Employ specific methods to progressively develop those skills.
3. Appraise and express themselves better, being more confident about their capabilities.
